Bistecca alla Pizzaiola
Our entee selection is not huge, but it is always delish. Often Chef Ted creates something new, occasionally he adds something familiar (like the veal parmigiana we just added) and sometimes an old favorite reappears. We've recently put the Bistecca Pizzaiola back on and people love it! It's a grilled flank steak topped with sauteed onions, peppers and tomatos served with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables.
Simple and fantastic. Enjoy!

Blue Moon Summer Ale | |
Blue Moon. Recently having become one of the more popular beers around, we keep one tap running seasonal Blue Moon lfavors all year long. The summer ale is a simple, pleasant and highly drinkable beer with a frothy white head, perfect on a summer afternoon. It's refreshing with light flavors of honey, citrus and wheat.

Il Borro, Pian di Nova | |
 The Pian di Nova is another wonderful blend we have added. It's a smooth and thoroughly enjoyable blend of 75% syrah and 25% sangiovese. The wine has soft flavors of smoked oak, dark fruit with some dark cherries and raspberries, light earthiness with a hint of old world-iness to it, nice acidity and tannins that finish smoothly. It's a great bottle of wine to have with meats or tomato based pasta sauces. It's great with the Bistecca Pizzaiola!
