Blue River Buzz Trivia Triumph
See if you can guess the answer to our weekly trivia question. Email answers to Suzanne by Monday at 5pm. Correct answers will be entered into a drawing to win bragging rights and special place of honor in next week's edition!

This Weeks Question:
What was the name of the Grinch's dog?

Last Weeks Question:
How did the candy cane originate?

Winner -- Gene Gausman!

Answer: In Germany over 200 years ago, a pastor tried giving children sticks of candy to keep them quiet during a Christmas Eve service. It worked, so the pastor asked the candy maker to put a curve or hoop on the end as a reminder of the staffs carried by the shepherds who traveled to Christ's birth

BIG THANKS to our generous sponsors!
