Fried Green Tomatoes

-My fried green tomatoes always come out rock hard and tasteless, but the author of this recipe has seemed to have that taken care off. I like to make a po-boy out these guys topped with goat cheese and remoulade sauce.

Blueberry Muffins

-It's never not a good time for a blueberry muffin. I've made this recipe a number of times and it never fails. This recipe requires a full pint of blueberries, so make sure to pick up an extra container (or half the recipe).

 Spicy Pickled Green Beans

-Who doesn't love spicy pickled green beans? These fridge pickles are equally as good as a snack or in your Bloody Mary.

Summer Squash Soup with Basil

-This soup recipe takes the mild flavored summer squash and livens it up with quality vegetable stock and fresh basil.
