The Boardwalk will offer some of Orange County's boldest architecture, featuring two nine-story towers connected by indoor bridges and outdoor terraces.  Developed by Trammell Crow, The Boardwalk is situated on 7.5 acres and the project consists of approximately 540,000 square feet of premier office space, 5,000 square feet of restaurant-focused retail and a beautifully landscaped 2-acre courtyard.  With delivery scheduled to be completed in the Summer of 2017, The Boardwalk is scheduled to be the first speculative office development to be delivered in the prestigious Irvine Business Complex in nearly a decade, and is currently the largest speculative ground-up office development project in Southern California.
