During winter, we will do occasional markets in NYC as weather and scheduling permit.

Cheese availability:


This week, we have Baudolino, Drumm, Jean-Louis, Cave-Aged Cheddar, and Frolic.  Additionally, we have Amish Blue and Amish Schmearkase. 


Meat availability:

We have plenty of our 100% grass-fed Beef, whey-fed Pork, and pastured, suckled Veal at the farm store.

Make your own Charcuterie with Jonathan this Sunday!



There are still spaces available in this Sunday's charcuterie class!  The class takes place between 1 and 5 pm, and students learn to prepare, cook, and serve a number of Jonathan's original recipes.  The class is limited to 12, so all questions are answered and everyone gets to participate actively.  Of course, you get to bring home some of what you made!  


Pig Roast Saturday, February 18!
