Ladies and Gentlemen, we have officially arrived, and are without doubt in the Doldrums.
All is quiet, still and very hot. We have had higher temperatures, but the air is so heavy, and the effects of that are enough to turn anyone to break years of sobriety
Not a hint of what dreams may come.
I have a hand full of clients thrusting money at me in the hope of finding their dream properties. Closer to the truth is, I am and have been for some time been seeking that, that evades me.
Market conditions have changed. It is no longer a buyers market, you should all be aware of that and prepare yourselves.
You can consider Boca Grande to be a good, if not great investment IF you, use, live and love your homes for a few years, only after a few years will everything come to fruition. Buy your dream with your heart, buy for your family or friends, enjoy every single moment.
With nothing much happening on the Island, thoughts always turn a little dark for me, and one may start to worry if the Island has lost its attraction.
All those fears can be put to bed if you call the Gasparilla Inn, and try to make reservations around Christmas.
Needless to say, No room at the Inn, I've heard that before, but that was another story for another time.
Incidentally, I endeavor to get this crap out to you on a Friday afternoon while many of you are still in the office and can have a little fun while still working. Some of you wait for the cocktail to be half empty or full. If I miss you by an hour or so, have patience, it will come.
