Four price changes, two pending and one sold......... Still no new listings, eek.

  

I wish I had better news for you. Our marketplace is strengthening, partially due to the lack of inventory, and partially due to the total amount of residences allowed  on this piece of heaven.

Key words this week, Arctic Vortex, my goodness, sounds like something from a movie. I read somewhere that the polar ice levels are making a comeback, not surprised after last week. I wonder what will happen to global warming now?

  

Don't get me wrong, I am all for saving the planet, but think there is value in the argument that the carbon footprint a new energy efficient clean green automobile will far exceed the emissions from a 1933 gas guzzling V8 behemoth.

  

Boca has had a 40 F temperature swing this week, brrrr it's cold, then phew it's hot. Personally I like the brief changes, the cold damp days remind me of England, throughout the year.

  

It is easier to get cool when you're hot that get warm when you are cold.
