So, here's what you need to do.
1. Rooms are going to book up fast so let's get your booking in for which cruise you are going on ASAP.

2. Complete the Credit Card Authorization ( Click here). The Credit Card Auth form will say that if you cancel early you will have to pay $100 fee to the travel agency. That $100 fee to the travel agency is being waived unless you cancel after final payment has been made.

3. Complete the Cruise Information Form ( Click here).

4. Once you have both forms completed please email them both to me at [email protected] so that I can start to get things booked for you ASAP or this month.

Other information:
I thought that I only need one person to book and reserve a room with deposit but I was partially wrong. One person can book a room but the deposit needs to be the full deposit for 2 people no matter what. I apologize there, again I am new to this and learning as I go.

Remember I won't have any information on airfare until August. I can book your airfare for you along with any Hotel arrangements needed at that time. Also, airfare does not have to be paid for until you make your final payment.

Those of you wishing to go on this trip I will be able to start booking actual rooms any day. You want to book your room ASAP only 20% of cabin fee is needed as a deposit. I have booked the following # of cabins and can change them but the sooner I do this the better you are to get the type of room that you want without me losing them or price increasing...

Inside Cabin - 3 qty -- $2124.00 (20% deposit = $424.80)
OceanView (non-obstructed) - 3 qty -- $2974.00 (20% deposit = $594.80)
Balcony - 15 qty -- $3424.00 (20% deposit = $684.80)
Mini Suite - 4 qty -- $3674.00 (20% deposit = $734.80)
Suite - can only book when you want to put deposit down at same time

Once a deposit is made you are able to do monthly payments by authorizing me to charge your card for the amount you want to pay. You will get a receipt for each payment. We want to have all cruises paid off by April 2017. So we can do monthly payments dividing the cruise between each month and can include insurance, excursions and more in those payments.

If I book your airfare it is not needed to be paid until you make your final payment for the cruise. Airfare thru princess is the best way to go as you are covered if your airplane is running late for some reason PRINCESS WILL PAY TO GET YOU TO THE FIRST PORT!   *Airfare can start to be booked in August 2016

Land portion of trip:
All meals onboard our railcars, at our wilderness lodges and at other hotels are at your own expense unless otherwise specified in the daily tour itinerary. The following is a low-to-high range of what you can expect to pay (in US dollars) for meals in Alaska:
Breakfast Entrée = $9-$14
Appetizer = $6-$16
Soup & Sandwich = $9-$14
Deluxe Hamburger = $10-$13
Salmon Dinner = $26-$33
Dessert = $4-$10

Tipping:
Gratuities are not included during the land portion of your cruisetour. Gratuities are a personal matter and an expression of appreciation for genuine, personal service provided by knowledgeable and creative professionals. Below are suggested ranges (in US dollars) to assist you in determining what gratuity amount is appropriate. Please extend any gratuities on an individual basis, not as a group.
