A team of professional business advisors is available monthly by individual appointment to assist young businesses with entrepreneurship and funding, corporate accounting, plus QuickBooks software and sales strategies:

Mac Conwell, Deal Team Coordinator, Maryland TEDCO conducts the newest Business Advisory Clinic: Tech Entrepreneurship and Funding.   Mac coordinates all stages of TEDCO's new investment deals. Mac is a serial entrepreneur with a successful track record attracting crowdfunding and early stage investment.

Jamie Lewis,  Principal at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) has extensive expertise with Accounting and Corporate Tax issues for young companies. 



Kris DeLisle, CPA at CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) has 20+ years of public accounting experience. Kris also advises on accounting system design and software tools, such as QuickBooks.



Thomas Ellis, Chief Sales Coach at EWC Consultants  has 20+ years of sales/marketing experience. He helps young companies develop a practical Sales Strategy and master the comprehensive art of the sales process!

TEDCO Briefs Entrepreneurs on Minority Business Pre-Seed Funding Pilot   


Mac Conwell, Deal Team Coordinator for Maryland TEDCO (on left), conducted two well-attended information sessions March 22 at Bowie BIC on TEDCO's Minority Business Pre-Seed Funding pilot for entrepreneurs working at the idea stage.  

Saul Ewing Legal Round Table Attracts Emerging Businesses  


Saul Ewing attorney Jay Reilly (third from left) led a Round Table discussion,   "How to Obtain Cash without Giving Up Equity"on March 16 at Bowie BIC,  which attracted software developers, health IT firms, fin-tech companies and professional services firms.  The Round Table also featured guest speakers from the National Science Foundation and Maryland TEDCO.
