November 3: 5:30-7:30pm Community Reads Book and Movie Discussion: "The Martian." Braswell Memorial Library Computer Lab Members of the community will read the book "The Martian" by Andy Weir and watch the movie to stimulate intellectual discussion about potential life on Mars.
November 7: 1-2pm Cook Book Club in the Wiley Room This month members are invited to read a cookbook filled with recipes from another country.
November 9: 5:30-7:30pm Teen Minecraft in the Computer Lab. Work with other teens to design and create in the world of Minecraft.

Local Artist and illustrator Marion Weathers and author Leigh H. Balance will present a book talk on their new book "The Secret of Gum Swamp." Discover how Henry plans to save and his friends, the Number People and their animal friends through special powers, a bit of math, and a whole lot of courage.
