How well prepared are you to negotiate the terms of your next new position, promotion, or billing rate increase?

If you're ready to drink some great beer, eat some delicious pub-style snacks, and learn proven skills and tactics that will ensure you can make the most of your opportunities for advancement, please join us for this year's   BREW & CLE , hosted by our Platinum Sponsor, Snell & Wilmer.

In this one-hour workshop,  Diana Mead, Managing Partner of OnePoint,  and  Elizabeth Wylie, partner at Snell & Wilmer , will host an honest conversation about salary negotiations--the hurdles, the mindset, and the tactics that define the process. This workshop starts with the basics--why women must negotiate their compensation--and addresses the particular challenges women face in these discussions.

Diana and Elizabeth draw upon their experiences in the financial and legal industries, conversations with leaders in the field of diversity and inclusion, and the latest research to provide  concrete tools you can employ immediately  to work through these obstacles. A brief discussion of the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and pay equity case law will be included.

DIANA MEAD  has been a leader in the financial services industry for 25 years, serving in the capacity of CFO, President, and Operating Partner. Diana started her career as an auditor and management consultant at Deloitte and is currently a Managing Partner at OnePoint, an accounting and consulting firm focused heavily in the franchise space.

ELIZABETH WYLIE  is a partner at Snell & Wilmer LLP with more than 25 years of experience handling complex business and employment litigation matters. As a trial attorney, she regularly represents employers in breach of contract disputes, business torts cases, and the protection of trade secrets in Colorado and other states.
