Hybrid Bridal Shows Ahead from International Wedding Festival...

Hurray! The International Wedding Festival is coming to the Monterey Conference Center on Sunday, September 19th. If you or someone you know is part of the $72 billion wedding industry and wants to exhibit at this event, please email me.
They're also planning a hybrid in person wedding festival with modified safety protocols on Sunday, July 25th ideally at the Santa Clara Convention Center, too and in many other cities as the tiers change.

If you live anywhere within Monterey County, enjoy 2 hours Free Parking with Validation Monday - Thursday in the Waterfront Parking Lot adjacent to Old Fisherman's Wharf as part of the Locals Parking Program, courtesy of the City of Monterey.

Hope you've had a chance to dine at Woody's at the Airport owned by well-known Chef Tim Wood, a graduate of the Culinary Institute in New York. Tim courageously opened his restaurant in November, 2020 in the midst of the Pandemic.
Everything is delicious and tonight we tried his terrific new Plant Based Veggie Burger and Honey Chili Chicken Wings.

Historian Tim Thomas continues his monthly Wharf Walks now on the first SUNDAY of the month from 10 am - Noon. He asks everyone to wear a mask and he uses a personal megaphone so everyone can keep their social distance! His next Wharf Walk will be on Sunday, May 1st at 10 AM about the History of Squid Fishing in the Monterey Bay. We sure do love calamari!

Unfortunately, at least three more Festivals I work on each year were postponed until 2022 - the 5th Annual Language Capital of the World Cultural Festival will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2022 and the Monterey Scottish Games & Celtic Festivall will be held on Saturday and Sunday, July 16 and 17, 2022. The La Merienda Celebration will likely be held on June 4, 2022. Oh well! |
