Motorcycling Victoria's MotorSafe Program will be out in force in 2011 with the aim of creating a responsible and safe attitude towards motorcycle use amongst primary school children by educating them on issues such as safety, the law and equipment.

The 2011 Manual of Motorcycle Sport contains the rules & guidelines for participating in and conducting Motorcycle Sport, and includes the General Competition Rules and other relevant information on Motorcycle Sport. The rules are designed to ensure fair and safe competition for all involved.

OVER $30,000 was raised for Challenge at the KTM Ride4Kids Day at Broadford on Sunday, October 23. A remarkable achievement by all those who were involved! Read the CEO's take on the day in his report: That's What It's All About!
Not only will Maldon play host to a round of the 2012 World Trials Championships in May, Warragul will weclome Australia's premier Enduro racing event, the 2012 A4DE in October - further cementing the fact that Victoria really is one of the best places in the country for
motorcycle sport!
A reminder: MV's Head Office will close for Melbourne Cup Day, Tuesday, November 1, which also includes Monday, October 31. The office will re-open on Wednesday, November 2 at 9am.
Don't forget!: MV is calling for nominations for new members for the organisation's 2012 Management Committees. To apply please complete the 2012 Management Committee Nomination Form by COB Friday, November 11, 2011.
MV is also calling for suitable candidates to nominate themselves for the Women's Committee in 2012. MV would like suitable candidates to fill-in and return the 2012 Women's Committee Expression of Interest Form by COB, Friday, November 18, 2011.

|  THE KTM Ride 4 Kids took place at Broadford's State Motorcycle Complex in Victoria on Sunday, October 23, raising vital funds for Challenge, which is an organisation that provides programs and services to kids with cancer.

| MV: GIPPSLAND, Victoria will play host to next year's Australian Four Day Enduro from Wednesday, October 24 to Saturday, October 27, 2012.

|  MV: OVER the past 12-18 months we have built a solid base and structure within the administrative arm of the organisation.

| MV: MOTORCYCLING Victoria will be holding an Elite Rider Training Camp over three days in November and is excited to invite riders from all disciplines in Victoria to apply.

| MV: LEVEL 1 Officials Accreditation is now available.Accreditation had previously only been used for flag marshals, however it is now being used to accredit lower-level officials who will be able to run practice days and club days, without having to attend a day-long course and secure a Level 2 accreditation.
