Front Desk Manager
Information Bar - Did you know that the green bar at the bottom of the main grid shows a summary of information pertaining to the listings. This allows you to easily access pertinent details i.e. the showing instructions.
Booking Appointments - Did you know that when entering the appointment time you can just hit the 'a' or 'p' on your keyboard instead of clicking on the down arrow and selecting am or pm? This saves precious time.

Accounting Transaction Manager
Close Transaction Screen - Did you know that you can add or edit a transaction from the Close Transaction Screen? Much quicker than moving back and forth between the Add, Edit and Close. Look for the buttons in the lower left corner of the Close Screen.
GL Journal Report - Did you know there is a report that will show you all the GL entries for an individual transaction? Very useful for the purposes of reconciling accounts. From the Reports menu, select Transactions and select By GL Journal, enter the appropriate criteria, print or screen.
