We've launched a new-and-improved website portal to make it even easier for our subscribers to see and manage their subscription accounts.

 

You are now able to make a payment on your account, change your address, or check your expiration date, in addition to ordering or renewing regular or gift subscriptions. All of this can be accessed by selecting "Subscribe" from the main navigation menu.  

   

We've made a lot of changes-all with you in mind-and would love to hear what you think. If you need any help or have a question, don't hesitate to call or drop us a line. 

WHAT'S CHANGED

Everyone now has a new subscriber number. You'll find yours on your magazine label or renewal notice/invoice, and you'll need it to gain access to your account information. The good news is, you can use either your "old" or "new" subscriber numbers.

 

Your "old" number is the one seen on your issues from June 2012 or earlier and starting with "BS". If you are using that one, be sure to enter the "BS" in addition to your account numbers.  

 

Your "new" number is seen on more recent issues, and is a 9-digit number which follows "BSM" and another letter. You don't need to enter any of those or any zeroes which may precede your account number.  

WHAT'S GONE AWAY

You'll no longer need a "User ID" or "password" to complete a subscription transaction. While Buffalospree.com still asks registered users to log in, that pathway is now strictly for our website's special features, like the ability to comment on blog posts, or add events to our calendar listings.  

WHAT WE'VE ADDED

We've made ordering gift subscriptions easier! Now, you can order multiple gifts in the same payment transaction. You also have the option to select a gift message to be included on the gift announcement card which will be sent on your behalf.
