Thank you to everyone who participated in the BuildBPS Neighborhood Workshop series!

The interactive activity at each workshop generated a broad range of ideas to begin investing $1 billion in our school facilities over the next 10 years.

Weren't able to attend a workshop?

Option 1: Complete an activity board on your own! In this folder you can find PDF versions of all the activity boards used at each workshop. Download any of the boards, follow the instructions to complete the board, and send a picture of it back to us.

Option 2: Host your own workshop! Any school, parent group, or partner organization can host a workshop, even over the summer. We will provide training and materials to engage in the planning activity. Email us for details.

What’s next?

During the summer and early fall, the BPS and City Planning Team will review all of the concepts collected to assess costs, feasibility, match with the 10 planning principles of BuildBPS, and other considerations. We will then return to the neighborhoods for feedback on an initial series of potential projects.

Here’s a graphical overview of the entire process.
