SERVING THE COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE NEEDS OF NORTHEAST FLORIDA SINCE 1993
|

Celebrated Chef Kevin Sbraga is bringing his acclaimed style of cooking to Jacksonville next year, when the celebrity chef and winner of Bravo's "Top Chef" season seven will launch his first restaurant outside of Philadelphia at 220 Riverside, the high profile mixed-used development in the burgeoning Brooklyn neighborhood.
"Bringing Kevin Sbraga to the project is a huge win for our community as Jacksonville welcomes one of America's most celebrated and accomplished chefs," said Alex Coley, Principal and Co-founder of NAI Hallmark Partners, the developer of 220 Riverside. "It has been mission critical that our retail space host a restaurateur who reflects the dynamic nature of the 220 project, the adjacent Unity Plaza community gathering space and the reborn Brooklyn neighborhood as a whole."
Hallmark engaged restaurant consultant Vucurevich Simons Advisory Group (VSAG) in the search for the ideal restaurateur for the unique space. The Hallmark team visited Chef Sbraga's award-winning restaurants Sbraga and The Fat Ham in Philadelphia, and, in turn, Chef Sbraga spent considerable time in Jacksonville to immerse himself with the local culture and food scene.
"Jacksonville's coastal location and warm climate provide a vibrant selection of quality local ingredients to to work with, and I'm looking forward to incorporating them into the menu I'm developing," said Chef Sbraga. "I'm truly honored to be a part of this project at 220 Riverside and excited to be working with Hallmark to bring it all to life. I can't wait to introduce the local community to the brand of hospitality we've become known for in Philadelphia!"
