Zeniths over Sebring
The Zenith Aircraft crew recently returned from the annual trip to the Sebring U.S. Sport Aviation Expo in central Florida, flying the newest two Zeniths to the event - the new STOL CH 750 Super Duty and the CH 750 Cruzer.
STOL CH 750 Super Duty
The Zenith STOL CH 750 Super Duty was flown to Florida for the first time and was a big draw at the Sport Aviation Expo. While the Super Duty STOL airplane is well known for its outstanding STOL performance, the airplane is also a fully capable cross-country airplane, averaging cruise speeds of over 105 mph over the entire 1,000+ mile trip (each way). Roger and Steve from the Zenith factory commented on the airplane's huge comfortable cabin, great visibility and massive cargo area (or rear jump seat).
Zenith hands-on workshop
Once again, Zenith Aircraft hosted its popular hands-on workshops at the Sebring Expo to give participants the opportunity to learn first-hand just how easily they can build their own aircraft from a Zenith kit, especially the newer kit models featuring advanced final hole size match-drilled technology parts.

Since building the new rudder now takes just hours instead of several days to put together, Zenith Aircraft invited several leading aviation writers to build their own rudders for the new STOL CH 750 Super Duty at the Sebring Expo. This would give them the opportunity to experience first-hand how quick the new Zenith rudder assemblies are to build thanks to the advanced match drilled technology and blind riveting.

The Zenith demo planes were busy during the Expo providing demo flights to potential new builders. Watch the video below as Zenith Aircraft's Sebastien Heintz takes aviation writer and photographer Richard Saint-George flying in the Zenith CH 750 Cruzer to shoot air-to-air photos of the STOL CH 750 Super Duty (piloted by Roger Dubbert) over Sebring.

Build It and Fly It in 2018!
New technology, including the extensive use of CNC drilling and cutting equipment in the kit parts manufacturing process, makes building a kit aircraft quicker and easier than ever before, while Zenith Aircraft's
CNC parts fabrication
extensive experience in the industry assures builders with available expert technical support and quality blueprints and assembly manuals (which include detailed step-by-step photo assembly guides). Zenith's kits are supplied complete, with standard factory-riveted wing spars, factory welded steel parts, and all hardware included to complete the aircraft. Kit builders can choose to "buy-as-they-build" from component (section) kits or they can purchase the full kit in one large box. Watch a video of the rear fuselage assembly.
The standard complete kit for modern Zenith kits continues to represent exceptional value:  The standard kits are supplied ready for assembly, with factory-finished wing spars, and all hardware required to assemble the entire airframe. Available Quick Build Kit are even faster to build (available at additional cost).  Zenith Aircraft also sells component kits to builders who prefer to "buy-as-they-build" and complete engine firewall-forward packages and avionics kits are also available.
ZENITH WORKSHOPS
If you have yet to attend a Zenith workshop at the kit aircraft manufacturing factory in Mexico, Missouri, plan to attend one in 2018! Here's the schedule for the next few months:
Hands on fun and education_
Zenith Aircraft Company's factory workshops have become popular with sport aviation enthusiasts, giving them the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in building their own Zenith Aircraft kit plane. Participants get to actually start assembling kit parts under the direction and guidance of factory professionals, and "graduate" from the workshop upon completing construction of their own aircraft rudder tail section for one of Zenith Aircraft Company's popular kit aircraft designs, including the Zenith CH 650 cruiser or the high wing Zenith CH 750 series.
Aircraft building experience
The factory workshops make an excellent getaway for you and your spouse or a friend! Spend a couple of days at the Zenith Aircraft factory and meet with fellow aviation enthusiasts - all while gaining valuable hands-on building skills. Demo flights are part of the factory workshop experience in a Zenith factory demo airplane!
