Mackenzie Presents: Break Room Nutrition
The 2018 Ready, Set, Go! Wellness Workshops have a new presenting sponsor and host, Mackenzie Design Build

We all know what a hassle it can be to pack your lunch, snacks, sometimes even breakfast or dinner with you to work each day. Unfortunately, snacking on the go can leave you in situations with nutrient deficient foods and leave you feeling hungry again in a matter of minutes. This workshop presented by Melissa Martin of Clark County Public Health will show you what great snacks are made of - the ones that give you the energy necessary to power through your work day! As a bonus, you'll get to try them! This workshop includes lunch with items from the healthy options at Chick-fil-A beginning at 11:30 a.m., with workshop beginning promptly at noon.
