A team of Uptown Village business owners have taken over the management of the "Cruise the Couve" event on July 15th. They need your help as a volunteer! Northwest Association for Blind Athletes hosts largest Camp Abilities in the United States for children and youth ages 8-15 with visual impairments from July 23rd-29th in Salem, OR. Donations are accepted to support this camp by visiting www.nwaba.org

High End Market Place, a recreational and medical marijuana dispensary located in the Uptown Village neighborhood at 19th and Broadway, was one of the first retail stores to get a medical endorsement from the Department of Health. Now, a year later, High End Market Place has registered over 1,000 patients into the new DOH system, allowing patients all across Southwest Washington the ability to access the medical cannabis they need. If patients choose to be entered into the database, they are able to purchase cannabis products sales tax-free, grow 6-15 plants based on physician’s recommendation, purchase up to 3x the current recreational limit, and have access to certain medical-only products.
