Marketing On A Shoestring Budget

At this event you will learn to identify your core audience, establish solid branding, learn how to choose the right social media channels and much more. Marketing On A Shoestring Budget will be a great opportunity for small businesses to learn the ins-and-outs of marketing to an audience on a tight budget.

The JARI PTAC recognizes that government contracting can be a daunting task, and we are here to help. Part of our services include educational workshops focused on the options available within the Federal, state and local governments.

Friday, February 20 we welcome Bruce Beardsley from the PA Dept. of General Services (DGS), COSTARS for a two hour workshop on how to effectively utilize its COSTARS Program. Register today and join the 20+ businesses and local government entities already attending.

Spring Forward to the
Somerset County Job Fair

The Somerset County Spring Job Fair will be held from 1:00 - 6:00 PM on Thursday, April 23 at the Quality Inn, Somerset.

There is no cost for job seekers to attend. The "early bird" exhibitor fee is $50/table for members of the Somerset County Chamber of Commerce and $125 for non-members. The deadline for the early registration is March 18, 2015.

The fair is hosted by Somerset County Commissioners, Somerset County Chamber of Commerce, PA CareerLink Somerset County and JARI.
