Registration is Open for Jobs 1st Training Programs

Registration is now open for 15 training programs. Each training program has a specific information sheet that includes the course summary, training provider and registration information.
Participants will be responsible for only 25% of the cost of the training. Classes will be held in Cambria and Somerset Counties as well as other locations across the Southern Alleghenies Region.

Exceptional Customer Service is Simple & Powerful - Lunch and Learn

On February 26th, JARI workforce development director, Debi Balog, will be presenting an informational Lunch and Learn about customer service. The cost is $5/person.
Attendees will learn how customer service can enhance revenue, how to understand and manage customer expectations, why customer satisfaction is based on perceptions and personality styles and how to deal with difficult customers.

Introducing Johnstown's Creator Square

JARI is proud to support "Creator Square," an urban revitalization, economic development, and job skills transfer program. Modeled on the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust's 1984 establishment of a cultural district in downtown Pittsburgh, Creator Square will establish the first 'creator district' in Johnstown, PA. The first Creator Square Local Maker Network will be held:
