June 23-25!
It's Back!

The Chamber of Manitowoc County is pleased to announce we're bringing back restaurant week|END to Manitowoc County, Friday, June 23 through Sunday, June 25.  All Chamber-member restaurants are once again invited to participate in this fun (and tasty) event!

Did you know...in 2016, the restaurant week|END page listing the specials was one of our most visited pages on our website?  We had over 1,200 page views, meaning this event provides a maximum exposure opportunity!
how it works...

Participating restaurants should offer 3 or 4 "prix fixe" specials that weekend, showcasing some of their top notch dishes! Prices should be a set amount based on a $5 increment.

For example, you could offer....

3-Breakfast/Brunch specials at $5, $10 or $20 -- or--

3-Lunch specials at $5, $10 or $15    -- or--

3-Dinner specials at $15, $25 or $35

...whatever amount you choose!  Need inspiration?

step 1...
Once you're on board, just let us know so we can add you to our list of participating restaurants, on our dedicated webpage: chambermanitowoccounty.org/restaurantweekend2017/ and The Chamber will spread the word about restaurant week|END.

Please send your offers by Friday, May 26 - so we can maximize the advertising of your specials!

step 2...
Advertise. Use your Facebook, Twitter, social media to advertise your "prix fixe" offers to your customers! Be sure to use the hashtag, #mcrestaurantweekend when promoting!  We'll do the same on our social media.

step 3...
Prepare your specials that weekend, and watch your customers enjoy!

For more information, or to sign up your restaurant for restaurant week|END, please email [email protected], or call (920) 684-5575.

Chamber Notebook:
Lakeshore Community Health Care
Sunday, May 14, 2017

Lakeshore Community Health Care, a not-for-profit community health center, will move from its current location on Buffalo Street to a new facility at 2719 Calumet Avenue this summer.
The move to Calumet allows for updated exam rooms, similar to the recent renovations at LCHC's Sheboygan location.
LCHC provides integrated medical, behavioral health and dental care in Manitowoc and Sheboygan, regardless of a patient's insurance status or ability to pay, offering a sliding fee for services based on household income. Nearly 10,000 individuals were served in 2016.
"Our integrated, patient-centered model gives providers the ability to work as a team with their patients," said Kristin Blanchard Stearns, CEO of Lakeshore Community Health Care. "Providing medical and dental care combined with chronic disease management, mental health services, substance abuse services, health education, and supportive services all under one roof leads to better health results for our patients."   Read the full article.

Every Sunday in the Herald Times Reporter, The Chamber of Manitowoc County features members in "The Chamber Notebook" located on the front page of the Business section. This exposure is just another value-added opportunity with your Chamber membership.

For available dates, call our office at 920.684.5575 or email [email protected] to schedule your Chamber Notebook article.
