Lee Road Storefront Renovation Program Success
Cuyahoga County reworked their storefront renovation program, so in 2016, we were able to take advantage of it on Lee Road between Chagrin and Scottsdale. Four businesses including State Farm Insurance - pictured, Discount Cleaners, Protem Homecare and 3581 Lee participated in the program.  Read all about it here and see the before and after photos too.
The City's Economic Development Department applied for 2017 grant funds. If we are funded, are you interested in sprucing up your storefront, either a full facade facelift or signage-only? The program requires a 50% match from property/business owner and there will be an application process. The property must be located on Lee Road. Please email Katharyne if you are interested.

Business Breakfast:
The Melt Story
Thursday, February 19
8-9:30 am

Melt Bar & Grilled was born from Cleveland musician and chef Matt Fish’s love of two things – great craft beer, and the humble grilled cheese sandwich. Where most people saw a quick meal comprised of two common kitchen staples, Matt envisioned the potential for much more … “comfort food, all dressed up,” as he puts it.

Matt will answer these curious questions:

  • How did Melt come to be such an iconic business that customers are inspired to get MELT tattoos?
  • What was the path to expansion into multiple markets, and what are your future plans?
  • What can we learn about our own businesses from your story?
