Downtown Fort Wayne + 11 Amazing Performances = Fun for Everyone!

BuskerFest returns on Saturday, June 25, from 4 p.m. - 10 p.m.! This is Downtown's celebration of the street performer, the 7th Annual BuskerFest will feature fantastic local, regional and international acts, a family-friendly atmosphere and free admission all combining into an experience unlike any other!

Middle Waves
Music Festival at Headwaters
 


Fort Wayne community leaders announced the first ever "Middle Waves," a destination music festival coming to the riverfront at Headwaters Park this September.

Champions is back with a brand new menu! Located on the first floor of Courtyard Downtown, they have listened to your feedback and created something special for those taste buds. We stopped by to check it out! 

Lunch on the Plaza
Freimann Square
   

Due to construction, Lunch on the Plaza will take place at Freimann Square with live music for people to enjoy outside during lunch.

Headwaters Park West
 


The concerts take place on the first Wednesdays of June, July, and August where people of all ages are able to enjoy live local music for FREE from 6 p.m. - 10 p.m.
YLNI Farmers Market
Corner of Wayne and Barr Street
From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., shop for fresh and unique local produce, plants, meats, baked goods, and crafts in an urban setting. 
Downtown Arts Campus
 


Arts United is leading the effort to make improvements that could add additional space at the Arts United Center and create a more pedestrian-centric zone downtown, according to an Arts United news release.

Riverfront Seating
Art Project
 

The project was a partnership between the City of Fort Wayne and Artlink Contemporary Gallery. Local artists were asked to transform ten former Citilink bus stop benches into attractive, functional works of public art.

The Historic West Main Street Farmers Market is celebrating 8 years of serving the Fort Wayne community with fresh local produce from 3 p.m - 8 p.m. at 1936 West Main Street. The market is owned and operated by the Nebraska Neighborhood Association.
