Buy a food box subscription
-help a new Canadian family in need.

If you've shopped at Crampton's on a Tuesday evening or Wednesday day you may have seen smiling customers heading to the cash register with a fancy shmancy cardboard box in hand.  These are our food box participants.  These are the people who are helping to encourage sustainable farming in Manitoba....and feeding their families more naturally raised foods in the process.

How does this help a new Canadian Family?

Each summer Crampton's Market donates a large amount of food to various organizations to help feed less fortunate Winnipeggers
This year, we've decided to fight the hate that we have recently seen across the border and right here at home with love.  Because really, food is love and you can only fight hate with love.
For every 12 food box subscriptions that Crampton's Market sells, we will be donating one food box subscription to a new Canadian family in need.   That means one less thing to worry about for a family who may be struggling with PSTD, trauma, language barriers, having their university education recognized, and general integration into Canadian society.   Buy a food box, spread the love.

What is it?
I t's 15 weeks of pre packed, surprise boxes of Manitoba spray free and organic food.     Through this program we help to support small sustainable farms in Manitoba get bigger, better and more efficient.

The program runs for 15 weeks beginning June 27th.    Each summer the boxes are filled with a mix of spray free and certified organic produce from Manitoba.  12 farmers participating in this venture means that your risk is lowered.  If one farmer floods or gets hailed out you still have 11 other farmers to count on.  You pay for the full 15 week share in advance so our farmers can grow spray free and organic produce with confidence, knowing that they have a home for their produce.

There are 4 different produce food box options, and 3 different protein box option.
We include recipes, weekly meal plans, and clear descriptions of what you just got in your food box. Because of incredible customer support, this program helps sustainable farmers make a living growing great food.  It's a triple bottom line program.  Good for the environment, good for the community, good for the local economy.

You can choose a produce box, a protein box, or one of each!  You can pick up your shares at the store on Tuesday from 3:30pm-close, or all day Wednesday, or you can have them delivered to your home.
