Operation Flashback was a SUCCESS!
The Graduating Class of 2016 paraded down the halls at the elementary school each student attended to the cheers of the future generation. The current students were able to see what hard work and dedication can do!

Corsicana Education Foundation - PRIZE PATROL!
|
On Friday, May 20, 2016, the Corsicana Education Foundation awarded $68,098 through 25 Innovative Teaching Grants to Corsicana ISD students and teachers at all 8 CISD campuses. This was the largest grant cycle in CEF history!
With the $urprize Patrol, CEF loaded a bus with the CHS drum line and large checks to give the surprise of the year. These grants will be implemented during the 2016-2017 school year.
Through donations, CEF has given over $1.6 million to programs that support CISD students since 2002.

In April, the Corsicana Education Foundation was named the top program in the state at the 2016 Texas Education Foundation Network's (TEFN). CEF received the Outstanding Achievement award for it's Innovative Teaching Grant Program and funding of the CMS Ag Mechanics program. With over 350 education foundation's in the state of Texas, the Outstanding Achievement award is only given to one program in the state.
