And here's another CBC update on the two husky pups that were spirited away last week. Toronto Police say charges cannot be laid by OSPCA unless the dogs are returned and examined by their vet.  TAS WILL lay a charge for failing to meet proper care conditions; OSPCA cannot lay ANY charges unless dogs are surrendered and examined by them:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BeC1tcm0cXM

RESCUE UPDATES

RIP Maggie. Found out this week that little Maggie folded her cards at New Years this year. She came to C4P for special needs petsitting twice, in 2012, and in 2014.  She was pure gold.

And now for something completely different: Laudato Si. We must ALL rethink what we're doing and adapt. NOW.   I cannot put words to the depth of gratitude I feel for this.
Everyone. Think. We can all do better. We can do more, and we must do better. m.
