We hope you enjoyed a great Labor Day weekend!

At CAC, we're looking forward to the beginning of our Arabic Sunday School year. Classes begin this Sunday, September 9th.

We're also gearing up to kick off our 2012 fall cultural calendar with, WHISPERED TALES: an evening of intimate, funny and heart warming compilation of stories from Lebanon.

And don't forget about, CAC's Arabic Cultural and Dialect classes, and our Fall Film Series will begin in October!

CAC Arabic Sunday School Registration  
CAC's ARABIC SUNDAY SCHOOL   

We will be accepting new and repeat registration for the 2012-2013 school year. The school year begins Sunday, September 9th, 2012 and we accept students 5 years of age and up (including Adults!).   

 

Our Arabic Sunday school focuses on both academic empowerment and cultural enrichment activities.     


The teachers are highly qualified and are committed to providing a stimulating curriculum to empower students, through education, to develop knowledge and pride in the Arabic language and culture.

Join us on Friday, September 21st for an evening of Whispered Tales - an intimate, funny and heart warming compilation of stories from Lebanon by storytellers, Sabine Choucair and Chantal Mailhac.

hajj October 10th:: Arabic-Islamic Calligraphy Class
Introduction to Arabic-Islamic Calligraphy::
Wednesdays|| 6:3pm-8pm || Starting October 10th

Join instructor, Hajj Wafi on a journey to learn the ancient art form of Arabic Calligraphy. This course will introduce participants to Arabic calligraphy and its historical context within the Arab-Muslim world. Students will be introduced to various Arabic calligraphy scripts and will be provided with persistent hands-on practice including in-class practice, individual/group instruction, and take-home assignments.
