Crowd Sourcing
The New Trend in Adoption Funding

Unleash the power of your network; AT&T uses this tagline in their commercials. Adopting families should embrace that line and make it their own if they need help funding their adoption. Especially if they plan on embracing the newest trend, crowd sourcing also known as crowd funding.

There are several crowd funding sites available for adopting families. AdoptTogether, Plumfund, Go Fund Me, and krowdkidz are four that came up immediately on my Google search.  I've had personal experience with Go Fund Me

Here is a story that illustrates how a couple successfully used these tools to fund their adoption

Spontaneous Acts of Kindness
Renews Your Faith in People

Simple, spontaneous, compassionate acts of kindness are beautiful to witness. When I see them happen they impact me for days and stay with me for a lifetime.   With all of the clutter going on around us these acts remind us of the goodness in people. Here's one that was caught on camera. It's only 2 minutes long. It made me tear up... peace, love, and compassion!
