Successful Accreditation Management

Alfred Miller, Captain

Prince William, VA

Program Managers' Corner- Training Academies
How Are You Measuring Up?

Lorena Singer
Regional Program Manager

There are hundreds of public safety training academies throughout the United States, Canada, Barbados and Mexico providing quality law enforcement based programs.  Many are ran by states/provinces or counties/parishes, yet others are by local college districts.  The recruits who graduate from these academies, in many cases, end up working careers in one of the more than 18,000 law enforcement agencies within these countries.  So how do CALEA standards measure the effectiveness of training programs?
