Thanksgiving is one of the national holidays that ties all Americans together, regardless of background. It's a day spent with loved ones amidst a bountiful, delicious feast. Most importantly, Thanksgiving revolves around the concept of sharing: being humble for what we have, showing appreciation to others, and helping those who are not as resourced. At Community Action Network (CAN), we celebrate Thanksgiving by coordinating a Turkey Basket Drive for the low-income families we serve.

In 2012, we distributed over 180 turkey baskets. To fill this need, we need your support! CAN is collecting financial donations for its Turkey Basket Drive.* 100% of your donations will go directly to the procurement of food.
