Voting Rights Toolkit ensures that African-American voters are not barred from participating in this year's elections as a result of discriminatory voter registration requirements. It provides background on Voter ID laws, tips on creating a voting plan, for Election Day and information on reporting a complaint.
The Voting Rights Toolkit is designed to help all citizens better exercise their right to vote.
The CBCF's internship programs prepare college students and young professionals to become principled leaders skilled policy analysts, and informed advocates by exposing them to the processes that develop national policies and implement them - from Capitol Hill to federal field offices.

The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Incorporated (CBCF) family is deeply saddened by the passing of CBCF Science and Technology Congressional fellow, Jonathan E. Riley, Esq. and CBCF Emerging Leaders: U.S. --- China Study Abroad program participant, Dmitri Clemons.
The untimely deaths of these two emerging leadersis a tremendous loss felt throughout the CBCF community.
