Monthly Minutes
April 2017
A Message from Child Care Aware of NH
April is here! Hopefully this month, we will see April's rain showers and the beginnings of spring.  We have a great month planned for you and hope you will enjoy the first days of the season.

Last month, we sent out two important items.  The 2017 Annual Provider Update Form and the 2017 Annual Program Survey.  The Update Form helps us to keep our records current.  We use this information to create a tailored list of programs that meets families' specific needs.  If you have not already done so, please take a few moments to complete and send us the Update.  We also want to hear your opinions about the services we provide.  Below there is a link to the Annual Program Survey. Please share your thoughts with us.  Thank you to everyone who has already completed or is planning to complete these important items.

This month CCAoNH has several special events planned.  On April 22, Gaye Gronlund will be joining us for the training,  Using the New Hampshire Early Learning Standards: A Practical, Idea-Filled Day to Make the Standards Truly Come Alive in Your Early Childhood Program .  Then on April 29, we will host the first session of a three part series on Brain Development with Scott Noyes.  See below for more details about these events.

Several of the CCAoNH staff will head to Washington DC this month for the Child Care Aware of America Symposium.  This conference will help us stay abreast of early childhood events that are happening across the country and staff will spend a Day on the Hill talking to state representatives about topics that are important to the field.

The Annual Celebration for Early Childhood Professionals is on April 18th.  Please join us, as we celebrate the early childhood field and our work with children and families. See the flyer below for more details.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for everything you do for families and children.  We hope that you enjoy this month's edition of Monthly Minutes.
