*  Ray Lee, 65, was exercising when heart rate rose to 190 beats per minute
*  His wife Christine called an ambulance after he developed pains in chest
*  On way to hospital, ambulance dramatically jolted after hitting a pothole
*  Impact so great Mr Lee's heart rate dropped to 60 beats per minute
*  Mr Lee was later diagnosed with ventricular arrhythmia, which occurs when an electrical short circuit is created in the heart
*  Wiltshire Council spokesperson said: 'We are really pleased to hear Mr Lee is recovering well.'

There are certain "toxic" people that we need to put out of our lives because they are no good for us. They drag us down spiritually. Sometimes those "toxic" people are in close relationship with us. In such cases, we have to learn to be friendly and kind but find a way to live "around" them so to speak, the same way you drive around a pothole in the road. Some people are spiritual potholes for us and we need to avoid them.

In the process of working with others, we are integrally connected to many energetic fields. Negativity in any form can be damaging to the human energy field (aura). Fear, anger, depression, negative people/places, arguments and more actually create negative energy that can cling to you or build up in your home and cause problems over time. Sometimes it is necessary to protect ourselves. Spiritual Protection is something that everyone should and can know how to do.
In this class, we will explore different traditions and practices that can provide energetic shielding for your self, loved ones, pets, even your house and car!

"How to Walk a Spiritual Path and Avoid The Potholes"
with Rev. Doti Boon

 Doti announcments

POTHOLES IN OUR SPIRITUAL LIFE
by Rev. Doti Boon

The spiritual path is like any other road - it's going to have its share of potholes; and we will encounter them. A pothole is a rut, a hole, a defect in the road, a setback. It is something that halts or jars us. It is also something that can inflict damage. It seems like just when we know how to live our lives, think positive thoughts, honor everyone we meet and truly love ourselves...bam...a pothole occurs. A pothole can cause us to change our paths - and usually that is the point.
As spiritualists we feel that life is truly wonderful, everyone is great and we are part of Mother Father God's plan. Our mission is to be a part of God's radiance and glory. And, we are unprepared for what may happen to us - in other words - what messes we can get ourselves into when we slip, trip or fall into a pothole.

Why do we hit potholes?

We hit potholes when our spiritual road is not being maintained or we have been diverted or distracted and are not paying attention. The farther off course - the more potholes we'll hit. If our spiritual path is very smooth we are usually unaware there are hidden dangers.
Quite often our spirit Guides, Guardian Angel, or sometimes friends halt us to make us think and reorient ourselves as we wander off onto another path.
Right now I would like you to take the time to think back at "ruts" in your life, when they occurred, and what they may have meant. More importantly, look at what they indicated. Large potholes. Small potholes. Medium ones. Everyday problems. Sometimes, illness. Sometimes, a snare.
It's never pleasant to be going along and suddenly feel and hear a tire slamming into something not intended to be there. You didn't see that pothole coming. Or, you couldn't swerve. They are all the worse when we're moving too fast or our eyes are wandering. And when we're moving too fast, we don't stop to think about why they occurred and thus too frequently we head for even larger ones (or return time and again to the same one). Sometimes the small potholes are the third drink you knew you shouldn't have - and yet you keep doing it. Or, the negative sarcasm you use on friends or co-workers - which make you feel guilty later.
Think on this also: how small potholes in your life may have preceded larger ones. If not potholes, bumps. Sometimes, there is a cliff. For a while, you may not have been able to move on. It may have caused a "tire" to blow out. That might have been God's point: to stop you in your tracks and make you re-evaluate where you were and where you were headed.
It could be a larger bill than we expected. It could be a bill we can't pay. It could be a home sale falling through (that would be a larger one). And it could be something serious like a divorce or loss of a loved one or threatening ailment. Often, small potholes (when not addressed) turn into large ones. Some of the smaller ones involve how you are treating others, what you are doing that is undermining your own spiritual interests, or simply ignoring your own family, friends and yourself for negative reasons.

Remember - the Mother/Father God doesn't judge us by our problems but how we respond to them.

Correct your path, and exercise optimism.

You may not be able to see out of a deep hole, but remember: beyond it is the right job, the right house, the right spouse. As a writer, Deborah Lipsky, notes in A Message of Hope, "Resign as the ruler of the universe and turn that position back over to God. Let go of self-criticism, judging others, and trying to control everything in your life and the lives of those around you. Becoming frustrated because things aren't going as you want them to only sets you up for negativity. You have no control over all the things that happen to you, but you do have total control over how you respond to them. Take all that wasted energy lost on trying to force life to fit into your perception of how it should be, and channel it instead on dealing with what life throws at you."

TAGA healing is a shamanic, magical, transformational modality by revealing What Is and optimizing What Will Be.  Emotional and energetic knots are "detangled" and healing rituals and blessings are performed.

Guided by the ancestors, guides and angels, TAGA Healing is profound!
Breakthrough results are often reported, even for those who simply join and hold the space for those in the circle.

Please contact:  Rev Donna Zehner 408-309-4087 revrealtordonnaz@aol.com for next group healing and appointments.
