Engaging Students in Video Analysis Through Embedded Reflective Questions

Professor Jayanthi Mistry, PhD, Professor in the Eliot-Pearson of Child Study and Human Development, wanted to explore the use of technology to create a more impactful and deeper understanding of the course learning objectives through in class video-viewing and reflection exercises.
Through the Instructional Technology Exploration Program (ITEP), she worked with Educational Technology Services (ETS) to experiment with how to increase students engagement and understanding of applied course concepts.

For more about this experiment, visit the  Teaching at Tufts website.
