Like any December, as we wind down the previous year and look hopeful to the dawn of the next, we ruminate on our challenges and successes of the last twelve months, and what we've done to set ourselves up for a transition into an even better year to come. Ownership is a state of mind and a movement. This year, we focused on making the movement move with new Executive Boot Camps centered on building solutions as a Co-Op, deep diving into what makes data valuable, and a special network services boot camp.
