Cyber Security Awareness Month

                                           October 2014

This is where members can reset their online banking password if they have forgotten it.

This feature provides members an extra layer of security in online banking by allowing them to set up rules that control access to their account.

This is where members can change their online banking password.

This is something the member can set up in online banking that will prompt credit union staff to verify the member's identify before providing account information or performing a transaction over the phone.

Do you know any of the answers yet?

Take a few minutes to find as many answers as you can. Engage your team by asking them to help you! Then check your answers in the follow-up newsletter you'll receive on October 22.
