Using this tool, tellers can promote holiday loans and other products to members who qualify.

The Cross Sales tool is a great way to have your tellers get the word out about your holiday products. To use this tool, first create a file of members who qualify for the promotion you'd like to offer (refer to pp. 7-11). Next, specify the type of promotion and message you'd like your tellers to deliver to this group of members. Lastly, activate your promotional message so tellers can view it in Phone Operator and Inquiry when they click the Cross Sales button.

 

This type of account helps members save for holiday expenses.

The Christmas Club account is the perfect way to help members save for holiday expenses. During the year, deposits can be made and the account can be frozen from withdrawals prior to the expiration date. While most of these accounts will soon expire for the year, now's the perfect time to create a Christmas Club account for next year 

 

With this feature, you can find out which members aren't using their debit and credit cards and connect with those members to remind them to start using these cards to check off items on their holiday shopping lists.

The EFT Portfolio Dashboard, accessible via the Management Processing/Active Beta Tests (MNMGMT) menu, allows you to view statistics on cards not being used and to connect with these members so you can remind them to start using their cards more during the holidays. 

 

Using this tool, you can view a list of members who aren't using the credit they have available to them and send these members a message reminding them to use their credit during the holidays! 

The Contingent Liability Analysis tool, available via the Reports D (MNRPTD) menu, allows you not only to find out which members have a line-of-credit loan they're not fully using, but it also provides a way, via the Export detail to file box, to contact those members using Member Connect.

 

Use this to find out which store or business is the most popular among your members so you can advertise your products there during the holiday shopping season.

Using the Where Your Members Shop tool, accessible via the Management Processing/Active Beta Tests (MNMGMT) menu, you can see where your members shop the most so you can advertise your holiday products there!

 

The holiday season is the time of year when your members will most appreciate an overdraft line of credit, so use this tool to market overdraft protection to members without it.

Through Member Connect, you can quickly send an overdraft protection promotional message to all members without it. To use this feature, you'll first want to use the Member List Generator option, accessible via the Member Communication (MNPRTC) menu, to create a database file of members without overdraft protection. You can then send an online banking or email message to these members via the "Member Connect" Marketing Tools option. Learn more about Member Connect.
