If you select to implement this new tool, you can help members keep their account number more private by requiring them to use a username to log into online banking.

Answer: Force Username feature

 

This is where members can reset their online banking password if they have forgotten it.

Answer: On the OBC login page, using the I forgot my password link

 

This feature provides members an extra layer of security in online banking by allowing them to set up rules that control access to their account.

Answer: PIB, accessible via the Create My Security button in online banking

This is something the member can set up in online banking that will prompt credit union staff to verify the member's identify before providing account information or performing a transaction over the phone.
