Eight pieces of baguette bread topped with an asian slaw and seared ahi tuna, then drizzled with a soy-ginger glaze.

Pimento Cheese Brisket Sliders
Three Hawaiian slider buns topped with brisket, our homemade pimento cheese, and a tomato.

Southwest BBQ Salad
A large bed of spinach topped with bacon, corn, black beans, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese, then drizzled with bbq sauce and homemade ranch dressing. 

Veggie Pesto Pizza
An 8 inch flatbread topped with pesto, asparagus, mushrooms, black olives, & mozzarella cheese.

The Double Dipper
Our homemade pimento cheese and hummus served with pita bread, pretzels, celery, and  carrots for dipping.
