June is American Housing Month and National Homeownership Month

Explore the Census Bureau's interactive house tool to learn about single-family and multifamily housing built and/or sold in 2016 - average price, building materials, presence of porches, decks, and patios, square footage, etc.  The data are from the Survey of Construction, a survey partially funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
