June 9, 2016

Last week, the 2016 Eagle Pride mini-camp was held at CJ. Eagle Pride, for students in grades 7-12, is the school's fall athletic band which performs at home and away football games as well as other school and community events throughout the fall season.

Students of all talent levels interested in joining Eagle Pride still have plenty of time to get involved! Our full band camp will be held at CJ August 8 - 12 from 1-7 p.m. each day and regular weekday rehearsals during the school year will be on Wednesdays from 5:30-8 p.m. This time commitment works well with students who are involved in other school activities and because the program is still building, there is no participation fee.

SAMPLE THE EXPERIENCE
Students who would like to learn more about instruments used in Eagle Pride and other performing arts programs at CJ are encouraged to attend the Performing Arts Summer Camp, July 18-22, from 1-9 p.m. each day. This camp is for students in grades 7-12 and costs $75. In addition to learning new skills, ensemble pieces will be work-shopped for the school year. The week will culminate with a family dinner and performance. Online registration can be found here or you can mail in the registration form found here.
