In October, freshmen, sophomores and juniors took the PSAT. This test can help measure readiness for the SAT and gives students the opportunity for potential scholarships.
Both the PSAT and SAT recently underwent changes and that could make reviewing your student's test score confusing.
I have outlined how to understand the new PSAT/NMSQT scoring in this link. To access your student's score, you will also need to log in to an existing College Board account or create an account.
If you have any questions about accessing the score or how to read your student's score, please contact me.

Computer Skills Testing Course
All students are required to complete the Computer Topics class before graduating from CJ. However, students are given the opportunity during their freshman year to test out of the class if they so desire. Testing out requires demonstrating competency in four areas -- keyboarding, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The tests and training materials for the tests are available
online. Students are strongly urged to complete the training before taking the tests. All four tests must be successfully completed by March 15, 2016 or the student will need to enroll in the Computer Topics class next year.
