Welcome to our second CJF Marketing International newsletter, developed to keep our industry friends up to date and informed on important issues. We also like to recognize client achievements. We invite you to read on and then please feel free to pass on to your colleagues.
In our first issue of this newsletter, we encouraged attendance at the ONE Travel Conference for Shopping, Dining and Cultural Tourism that is produced annually by Shop America Alliance and the U.S. Cultural & Heritage Tourism Marketing Council. Delegates participated in numerous sessions with discussions on trends, case studies and received lots of updated statistics.
- We were thrilled to win both a GOLD and "Best in Show" SASI (Shop America Salutes Innovation) for our "Exclusive China Shopping Promotion with Hainan Airlines of China, MOTT (Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism) and The Outlets at Assembly Row in Boston". SASI-ONE Awards recognize leaders in the tourism industry for their vision and commitment to developing shopping and cultural tourism.
We also participated on a panel,
"The Cultural Experience"- where I presented a case study on Historic Shopping & Dining Attractions (HSDA), a very successful alliance with Faneuil Hall Marketplace/Quincy Market, the Seaport District NYC and Union Station DC.
