DEADLINE TO COMMENT IS THIS FRIDAY, MARCH 9th!
BOEM Comment Period for Oil & Gas Exploration and Expansion

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) has released their 5-year proposed plan (2019-2024) for oil and gas exploration and expansion. This plan includes the entire Atlantic Coast from Maine to Florida, including the waters off the New Jersey Coast within 3 miles of our beaches. The Cape May County Chamber of Commerce is adamantly opposed to this plan and we encourage you to oppose it as well.

BOEM will accept comments from the public until March 9th.
