We've received several lists from Spark in the past week or so, offering items from their 'National' program, limited edition pieces that are generally produced just for that individual country. Due to the limited supply and ordering windows, we've made those lists available as downloadable Excel spreadsheets instead of adding them to our Online Shopping website:
If you have an interest in any of these models, please contact me before the deadline dates given. If you have any trouble downloading the files from this Update, go to www.MotorsportCollector.com and download from there.
Earlier this year, we told you about CMC's forthcoming Ferrari 312P Spyder as driven by Mario Andretti and Chris Amon in it's first appearance at Sebring in 1969.
The stunning Group 6 machine paired Ferrari's proven 3 litre Grand Prix engine with a combination monocoque / tube frame chassis and a sleek angular body.
At Sebring, the beautiful new car took Pole Position and despite teething problems and overheating caused by errant debris clogged in the ducting, finished second just a lap behind the John Wyer Ford GT40 driven by Ickx / Oliver but 3 laps clear of the third place Porsche 908/2 of Stommelen / Buzzetta / Ahrens.
CMC tells us that the first US shipment of this beautiful new model will arrive in the US in early October. Reserve below:
