Take Steps to Protect Your Winter Health In The New Year 

You take steps to protect your car and home during the winter. You should do the same for your health.

Although winter officially arrived a few days before Christmas, winter elements have been here since shortly after Thanksgiving and we have a long way to go until March and the arrival of spring.

CMH Restricting Visitors To Limit Illness Spread

 As winter respiratory illnesses begin to arrive, and a small number of cases of flu are confirmed, many hospitals are  limiting visitation, including Clinton Memorial Hospital.

 

The goal of limited visitation is to keep to a minimum the spread of respiratory diseases to hospital patients, according to Robin Pavey, infection control nurse for CMH Regional Health System.

Cancer Liaison Physician Dr. Rogers Plays Key Role

 Dr. Glenn Rogers, a member of the CMH Medical Staff who practices at East Clinton Medical Services in Sabina, has received a three-year appointment as cancer liaison physician for the cancer program at CMH, including the hospital and the Foster J. Boyd, MD, Regional Cancer Center.
