Beyond Expectations
Dream Homes of Sarasota 2016 was a feature in the October edition of Sarasota Magazine. These are examples of some of the best designed homes in Sarasota.
20 of the most magnificent homes designed and built in Sarasota, along with their owners were featured. 

Among the 20, CMSA had 7 dream homes selected. We are very honored to have made our clients custom dream home become a reality.

CMSA Site Visit
CMSA took a site visit in September to view the progress being made to this beautiful home, which is currently being built in Harbor Acres, FL. Spectacular views of Sarasota Bay from every angle, 
this stunning residence is moving along nicely.

Recently Completed
 We are proud to show you this extraordinary 3,800 sq ft Guest House that recently has been completed. This home features a gazebo with colonnades that connects the Guest House to the existing home, and includes many more features that make it a fully functional home for entertaining or just relaxing.

In the News
CMSA was a proud sponsor for the event," Evening with Heroes", on September 29th, featuring Colonel Danny McKnight, whose actions were depicted in the book and subsequent movie "Black Hawk Down". The Evening with Heroes was a recognition to the 23rd anniversary of The Battle of Mogadishu. The goal of the operation was achieved, however 19 Americans gave their lives in defense of our nation. Colonel Danny R. McKnight, U.S. Army, played an integral part in the Battle of Mogadishu, along with so many heroes from our military. 
CMSA is proud to have been part of this very special evening.
