On July 4th, we celebrate our freedom, liberty, and nationalism with our
Independence Day celebrations! Whether you are celebrating locally or out of town, it is nice to also take a moment and reflect on our nation's freedom, and to thank all the men and women in our armed forces. We wish you and your family a Happy Independence Day filled with joy and happiness.
We would like to share with you a special project we are beginning with a local organization called, Operation 2nd Chance through the Wounded Warrior Foundation to develop a recreation facility. L
ocated on Walton Track, east of Sarasota. We are very honored to be part of this development.
As spring has now past, we have noticed that the real estate market continues on the rise, as the luxury home construction market continues to expand in our area. Whether you are renovating or building new, the increased interest to our area brings economical value to all.
As we move into summer our projects have been moving along steadily and we are excited to show you the progress that has been made.
